QUETTA: Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) President Talal Bugti said on Wednesday that he stood by the Rs1 billion land offer to the killer of former president Pervez Musharraf whose murder decree had already been issued by 36 religious scholars for the Lal Masjid killings. He said that he had been receiving phone calls from certain people in New York, who were willing to execute Musharraf. Talal said these people lived in areas like Quetta, Machh, and Mastung. Talal asked Musharraf to come to Karachi and get himself killed for killing innocent children and for allegedly desecrating the Holy Quran in Lal Masjid. He said that Musharraf was a traitor as he had conspired against others in the Army and he must be killed.
PPI adds: A JWP meeting, chaired by by Talal Bugti, here discussed the law and order situation, the price hike, political scenario, corruption of the rulers, the party’s performance and the future course of action.
